One of my biggest craziest dream is living in New York City, so when I finally got the chance to visit this megapolis city for 2 weeks, I was like aaaaaaakkkyaaaaaaaa wooohoooooo!!! translated: too excited to explain.
It's a group of 3 ladies; Cempaka-the Fashion Editor, Putri Julia (PJ)-the Architect and myself. We've been prepared this for the last 2 months and have a quite detail and thorough budget and itinerary.
Having the whole two weeks in summer, our main destination is New York City then visiting Washington DC for 3 days. We were very lucky we could get good rate for the flight in a peak season and free places to stay. Huge thanks to Mr. Wimboh Santoso and family, Mr. Dinar and family, also the lovely Hanafiah sisters, Allesandra and Avanda. Thank you for your hospitality =)
As usual, I'm accountable to arrange the budget. I will give you a sneak peek of our basic budget here in this post. So my next posts will mainly about my USA trip, hope you enjoy it!

- Train NYC-DC-NYC by Amtrak: USD 131
- Ground Transportation (Subway & Taxi): USD 156
Telecommunication by T-Mobile: USD 61
Daily Meals: USD 1000
Total Cost: USD 2843
